At Everglow Cosmetics, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, we can only accept returns on items that are in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items back in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
